  • Thanks to Donnie Brooks for heading up our 2009 "Relay for Life" team. This year's event will be held on May 15 & 16 at Goochland Elem. School.
  • Congratulations to Lion Woody as our "senior member" on his 90th birthday.
  • Thanks to Lions Amos, Barkley, Brooks, Hammond, Jones, D. Parker, J. Parker & Shelton for conducting our White Cane Collection for 2009.
  • Annual Barbecue and Gun Raffle was held  Sept. 17, 2009 at Dover Lake, Manakin-Sabot, VA.   BBQ dinner was catered by PQ's BBQ, entertainment was by Michael & Company.  Thanks to all that made this event successful this year.  Top ticket seller were Lions Sam Barkley, Lion Donnie Brooks, Lion Bob Hammond & Lion Woody Maiden.
